Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy is for those of you who are not happy in your life or feel that something is wrong with you &/or for those who may have emotional problems. Through a narrative process, you discover the causes of these problems, begin to see yourself more clearly and gain insight into that “story you tell yourself about yourself.” You become aware of how you have positioned yourself in the world and you get to know various aspects of yourself. As you let go of fear and resentment, and shed old beliefs and defenses, your psychology begins to re-organize. Much like relationships with others, as you get to know each other, the relationship will change. This is true for you. As you get to know yourself, your relationship with your self will change.
