Clinical Hypnotherapy
Together we will work to achieve an altered state of consciousness allowing you to focus deeply on one goal, e.g., tobacco cessation, weight loss, testing anxiety, changing of self-image, letting go of resentment. This can be coupled with your counseling or psychotherapy, or if you have a specific goal in mind, you can arrange an appointment of this type on its own. I am certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
